For the club / entity

  • Guided match setup wizard: match data and registration deadline, divisions, areas, stages (minimum rounds and max points calculated automatically), squads, ROs linked to at least one stage, and schedule.
  • Staff registration (email wizard) and public registration link.
  • Bulk CSV import of entries, with a preview before applying (creates and updates without duplicating); tags/categories and Fast Pass for priority shooters.
  • Squad slot reservation with a 10-minute soft hold — avoids two people fighting over the same spot.
  • Frictionless registration: national ID, RG and CR are optional per entity; you can register a walk-in shooter on match day with just a name.
  • Staff with roles and SSO invitations (7-day link); the same e-mail can be linked to several entities.
  • Teams with a ranking based on the N best Match Points and export to PractiScore.
  • Management of match ROs, officials (RM/Stats/CRO) and a field report, with a single field password per official.
  • E-mails: entry confirmation, stage verify, invitations and field credentials — via the entity's SMTP or the global fallback.
  • Publish hub, schedule, results and Verify; registration deadline in the club timezone.
  • Clone a match (settings, divisions and stages), protests/appeals, season championships that drop the worst stages, and full audit trail.
  • Championship with a weight 2 round: the main round counts double in the total and in the drop criteria, marked ×2 in the ranking.
  • Finalize the match when every Stage has a result: it freezes for consultation (ranking, Scores and audit stay open) and only accepts changes again after a recorded reopen, with reason and author. In the modal, sending results to scoring.services is already checked (IPSC only).
  • Reset an athlete's PIN in two ways — they type the new one on the spot, or create it on the next Score with the RO — without anyone at the club seeing the number.

For ROs and field officials

  • Field login with the official's own password (RO and officials share the same flow).
  • Shooting order that rotates itself at every stage, with a Shooter / On Deck / In the Hole queue on the RO's list.
  • Equipment check (per the match policy), with a camera photo of the shooter and PIN signature; presence / no-show.
  • Stage score entry with athlete PIN and race-condition lock.
  • DNF, DQ, second review, authorized correction and reshoot — always logged with the matching official reason.
  • CRO (Area Chief) scoped to their area for approvals, DQ and notes; progress (wait time, % entered), ranking and scores list.
  • Installable tablet app (PWA), keeping the screen awake while scoring and with offline navigation cache.
  • Arbitration/protest decisions by RM/Stats.
  • Stage, Squad and athlete lists that refresh on their own, with no F5, and a discreet notice when something changes.
  • Zoom locked on the screens used on the Stage — an accidental touch does not throw the RO off their place in the queue.
  • Result receipt straight from the Score summary, through the device's share menu (thermal POS printers included).

For the athlete

  • Portal account (SSO/IDP or sign-up), profile with a preferred language and equipment catalog.
  • Online registration: divisions, factor (major/minor), squad with reservation and receipt.
  • A single 4-digit PIN for the whole match — signs the equipment check, score and chronograph across every division.
  • Times hub, live schedule and public results/Verify.
  • Scores lookup by stage, full history of every edit, and filing an appeal when the match allows it.
  • Name in the Match chosen at registration — it is what comes out in the lists and in the ranking, without touching the account.

Public experience (no login)

  • Match catalog at /matches (open registration and results).
  • Registration /i/CODIGO, hub /p/CODIGO, results /r/CODIGO.
  • Team ranking at /r/CODE/equipes and chart comparisons between shooters.
  • Results as cards or table, with filters by class, category and team — the browser remembers the chosen view.
  • Public championships at /c/CODE, with an aggregated season ranking, when enabled.
  • List of already-decided appeals at /p/CODE/recursos, when the entity chooses to publish it.
  • Site and help in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Security and audit trail

  • Double signature: the RO's hash at scoring time and the shooter's own PIN confirmation hash.
  • Visible versioning (v1, v2…) — every authorized edit creates a new version, never erasing the previous one from the history.
  • Correction and reshoot are distinct actions, each with its matching official reason — never a silent overwrite.
  • Anti-race lock against a duplicate score entry by two ROs at the same stage at the same time.
  • Full audit log per match and system-wide, with the author and time of every action.

Why choose us

  • One system from setup to ranking — no parallel spreadsheets on match day.
  • Built for the field (mobile, PIN, anti-duplicate scoring).
  • Transparency: hub, results and verify under organization control.
  • Athlete identity by email, with club link when the entity requires it.
