Practical shooting help
Athlete guide
For competitors: account, registration, PIN, schedules, results, and what to do at each step.
Athlete checklist
- Create an account and complete your profile (name, contact, preferences).
- Register equipment in the portal (before confirming registration, if the club requires it).
- Register via the match link or the Matches list.
- Set the 4-digit PIN and keep the receipt.
- On the day: equipment check (if any), shoot, confirm the score with the PIN.
- Check the hub and results when the club publishes them.
1. Account and profile
- Open the Athlete area (sign up or sign in — SSO when available).
- In Profile, update your details and language (Portuguese, English, or Spanish).
- Register your equipment (serial, caliber, modalities where it can be used).
- In My account you see open matches and ones you already registered for (current and closed).
Some clubs ask for club-link data (ID document, gun license, etc.) before you can open the match.
The system warns you and opens a form to complete — do that to unlock the match dashboard.
2. Register for a match
- Use the club link /i/CODIGO or open Matches / My account and choose the match.
- Choose the division(s) and power factor (Major/Minor), if the division has one.
- Reserve your squad (the slot is held for a few minutes while you finish).
- Confirm equipment and, if the match asks for it here, create the 4-digit PIN (create and confirm on the keypad).
- Keep the receipt — you can print it or save it on your phone.
Another division in the same match
- While public registration is open, use “New registration” on the match you already joined.
- You cannot repeat the same division; choose another available one.
- The same PIN applies to all your registrations in that match.
The PIN is your on-range “signature”: the RO asks you to type it on the device
when confirming the score (and on the chronograph, if any).
You create your PIN in the field, right on the RO's device — at the equipment check (when the match uses check) or, in matches without check, on your first score entry.
Name in the Match — when confirming your registration you choose how your name appears in the lists, in the ranking and in the public results of that Match. This does not change your account or your club membership, and it applies to every division you shoot there.
3. In the portal, after registering
- Open match — opens the registration dashboard (scores, history, sibling entries in the same match).
- Switch registration — if you have more than one division, pick another in “My registrations in this match”.
- Receipt — registration receipt, ready to print.
- Closed matches — shown in their own tab; you can still open results/hub if the club published them.
4. Public links
| Link | What for |
|---|---|
| /i/CODIGO | Online registration |
| /p/CODIGO | Hub — schedule and shortcuts (if published) |
| /r/CODIGO | Public results (if published) |
| /c/CODIGO | Season championships (if the entity publishes them) |
| /p/CODIGO/recursos | Decided appeals (if the entity publishes them on the hub) |
When signed in on the hub, the system highlights your squad and the first time of your rotation, when available.
Results come in two shapes: Cards (good on a phone) and Table, with placement, category, class, Power Factor, POM, points and percentage side by side. The switch sits on the screen itself, and the browser remembers your choice when you open the overall and the combined view later. Filtering by class, category or team recalculates placement inside that group — the 1st in Senior shows as 1st in Senior.
5. On match day
- Bring the registered equipment; do the check if the organization requires it.
- Check the hub for time and squad.
- When you shoot, the RO enters the grid and shows the summary (points / HF).
- You type the PIN on screen to confirm the result.
- No PIN yet? In matches with equipment check, the PIN is created at the check; in matches without check, on your first score entry.
- Forgot your PIN in the middle of the Match? Ask the organization to reset it: either you type a new PIN right there, on the front-desk device, or the PIN is erased and you create a new one on your next Score, with the RO. Either way the number stays yours alone.
Never share your PIN. It authenticates your result. If you forget it, ask the organization to reset it and create a new one in the field, with the RO — nobody can read your PIN, not even the club.
6. After the stage
- Follow your scores and history on the match dashboard.
- Want the result on paper? The Score summary has Print: it produces a receipt with division and Power Factor, time, points, Hit Factor, the penalty breakdown and your signature hash — the same one shown in the public Verify.
- Official results are at /r/CODIGO when the entity publishes them.
- Season championship: /c/CODIGO (ranking with sum of stages, if the organization configures it).
7. Appeals
- In the registration portal, open Appeals to contest a score, DQ, stage or other issue.
- While the request is open, you can withdraw it.
- The Range Master / Stats decides: upheld or dismissed — the answer appears in your portal.
- If the match publishes appeals on the hub, the public only sees the decided ones (request + answer) at /p/CODIGO/recursos.
- Match closed: no new appeals can be opened.
