From registration to result: what you need to do, and nothing else.

1. Register

If the club has published the registration link, you register yourself — in four steps: your details, the class you will compete in, the squad and the confirmation. If you prefer, the club front desk registers you.

If you have shot at this club before, use the same e-mail: your details come pre-filled and your registration is linked to your usual record. There is a single record, and it does not change from sport to sport.

At the end you get a registration receipt, which you can print or keep.

Choosing the squad

The squad is the group you will shoot with, and it has limited room (usually 5). When you pick one, the slot is held for you for a few minutes while you finish registering.

2. Your PIN

The PIN is your signature in the match. It is how you accept the result of each round — the equivalent of signing the paper sheet at the end of the series.

  • You create it the first time you sign, on the judge's phone.
  • It is personal: do not share it with the judge or with another shooter.
  • It is valid for this match.
  • Got it wrong several times in a row? The PIN locks for a few moments, for safety. Wait and try again.
Not every match asks for your signature — in some, set by the club before the start, only the judge signs. In that case you will not type any PIN, and that is fine.

3. At the end of the round

  1. The judge shows the round summary with your line: clay by clay, station by station, and your total.
  2. Check it before you sign. This is the moment to question a clay marked wrong — after the signature, correcting it requires the club to reopen the round with a justification.
  3. If it is right, enter your PIN.
  4. Once everyone in the squad has signed, the judge closes the round and it becomes a result.

In some matches the acceptance is station by station: you confirm each station as it ends, instead of everything at the end.

4. See the result

  • The scoreboard appears as soon as the round is closed, if the club has published the results.
  • Your total is the sum of hits across all rounds — no time, no factor, no penalty that changes the number.
  • Standings can be seen by class or by category, besides the overall.
  • A round that has not been closed does not enter the public scoreboard: a result without a signature is not a result.

Questions every athlete asks

I signed and then spotted a mistake. What now?

Talk to the club. The correction is possible, but it requires reopening the round with a stated reason, and all of it is recorded — including the previous result.

I got a warning. Did I lose points?

No. In clay shooting a warning is a disciplinary record: it is filed together with your result, but it does not change your total.

I could not sign (I left, I forgot the PIN).

The club front desk can release the closing without your signature. Who authorised it is recorded.

The judge lost signal in the middle of my series.

Nothing is lost: the marks are stored on their device and upload on their own when the network comes back.
